Something on the Videon device is not powering on as expected.
Components that should be on when power and Ethernet are plugged into a Videon device:
Front of device
- Power light
Back of device
- Ethernet port lights
- Fan (for Greylock and Sonora)
Ensure that all power related equipment is fully connected. Verify that you are using the power supply provided with your Greylock, Sonora, or Shavano.
If the device still does not power on, or not all of the components are on as expected (i.e. Ethernet plugged in but the port lights are not on), submit a Tech Support Request.
