Before performing a power cycle, remove all cables and drives from the Videon device, leaving only Ethernet and power plugged in.
There are two ways to power cycle a Videon device:
Unplug the power from the device, then plug it back in.
Go to the "Advanced" page in the Videon Web UI and click "Reboot".
Both of these methods will restart the software on the device, setting all of the states in the device back to what is expected. If you continue to experience the issue, try a Factory Reset.
